Two building blocks. Product Ops 2.0 is an operating-model framework an agent runs — cadence, retrospectives, planning. Ops4Atlassian is a deterministic, no-LLM Jira/Confluence substrate, so the agent's work is reproducible and reviewable rather than a black box. They compose into one bundle, Agentic Software Operations; the decompose-and-audit core also ships on its own as Ops4Jira, a standalone command-line tool. All Apache-2.0, installed from source, and actively developed in the open.
